Queenstown Hotglass
Although I am an Electronics Designer by trade I have been interested in glass all my life. I have been making glass for about the last 6 years. My glass comes from Murano in Italy as rods, which I melt down into beads for my jewelry. I also incorporate the glass into hand made silver pieces. The inspiration for my designs often comes from my interest in astronomy. I have developed a bead based on picture of a star nursery inside galaxy taken from Hubble telescope. All my designs are developed with fire in the mountains of Queenstown.
